New York City Residents:

We conduct business in English, we do not offer language access services in any other language. We do not offer translations of written communications into a language other than English. However, a translation and description of commonly-used debt collection terms is available in multiple languages on the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs website, www.nyc.gov/dca.
