Refund Policy

Steel River Systems, LLC. (SRS) is committed to ethical handling of all consumer’s refund requests.  

Consumer May submit a request for a refund of a payment(s) made.

Consumers may make these requests verbally or in writing at 888-592-8384 or info@steelriversystems.com.

Management will approve refund requests in the event a valid reason for the request is received.

Once a decision is made the consumer will be notified.
